I will never forget the first time I met Johnny, it was 1977 in Brampton. Johnny was setting up for another Opry North show and I caught him on stage. I was in awe. I was only 13 and here was one of my music hero's. He gave me an autographed picture that day that I still cherish. Wild Honey is still my favorite song 40 years later.
