Patricia Ann Latchford (nee Steen) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Pat at Hospice Prince Edward on August 13th, 2017, in her 76th year. Daughter of the late William and Edna Steen. Predeceased by her brother Bill. Survived by her brother Terry. Beloved wife of the late N. James (Jim) Latchford.
