Carter, Edward Wilbert (Ted) – Passed away at Hastings Manor on Friday July 28th, 2017 in his 89th year. Son of the late William and Vivian (Hamilton) Carter. Beloved husband of Jean Theresa Carter (nee Armstrong). Dear father of Patti Phillips of Trenton, Ted Carter Jr (Laura Lee) of Belleville, Lori Clarke of Trenton, Dan Carter (Lisa) of Wellington, Bryan Carter of Trenton, Margie Crowe (Tom) of Perth, Lisa Lord (Jay) of Trenton, Marcia Carter (Frank) of Peterborough, Chris Carter of Muskoka, Karen O’Rourke of Belleville, and the late Bruce Carter.
