Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 in Warkworth, Ontario. Bill worked hard and was very proud of his farm near Hastings. He was born in Bermuda on January 4, 1934, came to Canada in 1970, and lived a quiet life. His kindness and odd sense of humour made him a favourite among his friends. Greatly missed by Ernie Rigo and Jon and Jean Cross, as well as his cousins Phillip Ray of Nanaimo, BC. and Don Ray of Peterborough, ON. Special thanks to the staff of Warkworth Place who treated him like a king, as well as the marvellous nurses at Stirling Manor Nursing Home before that.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Quinte Cremation & Burial Services, Belleville (613-962-7900). If desired, memorial donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation (https://bghf.ca/make-a-donation/) are appreciated.
