Taplay, Vicky Lee – of Picton. Passed away, peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday January 21st, 2020 in her 50th year. Daughter of the late Edward and Beverley Turcotte. Beloved wife of Bill Taplay. Dear mother of Chelsea Taplay (Nathan Pacheco) . Loved by her grandson Mateo. Dear sister of Wendy Deline (Rob), Deb Griffiths, Rob Cassibo (Judy), Jackie Kleinsteuber (Glenn), Edward Turcotte, and Michelle Lessard (Mike). Predeceased by her sisters Rosie Hill, and Valerie Prevost. Survived by her many nieces,nephews, aunts and uncles. In keeping with Vicky’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the Elk's Lodge, 21 Elks Street in Picton on Saturday February 1st, 2020 from 1:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.. Donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
