Obituary for Sally Ann Smith (Robertson)
SMITH-Sally Ann (nee Robertson) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sally while surrounded by her loving children at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday April 19th , 2022 in her 73rd year after a courageous battle with COPD. Daughter of the late Charles Robertson and June Emmons. Dear mother to Debbie Smith-Hipwell (Daryll), Rob Smith (Andrea), A devoted grandmother to Brooklyn, Tallon and Emily. Lovingly remembered by her brothers, Doug Robertson (Chris), Don Robertson (Sue) and her sister Cathy Bateman (Paul), Brother- in-law Peter Smith (Michael ) and her Sister- in-law Ann Smith . Predeceased by brother Hugh Robertson and nephew James Robertson and sister-in-law Margaret Lankin. Cherished by her many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you goes out to the Victorian Order of Nurses for the kindness and exceptional care that Sally received over the past decade. In respect to Sally’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family inurnment at a later date.
