Jones, Roger Keith, 79 (Belleville, Ontario) passed away peacefully in his home on February 6th, 2021, lovingly surrounded by his family and friends. He cherished his Wife Shirley (nee Pascoe) of 57 years and dearly loved his Children: Annette (Bruce), Alana (Dave) and Colin. Roger raised his kids in the Old Stone House that he grew up in, which so many family and friends also shared many good times in. No one was ever a stranger to Roger. He loved fixing lawn mowers and having all his patrons and buddies stop by for a visit in the garage. His favorite saying was “If you are ever over by the river, drop in!” and he truly lived by that.
Roger will be lovingly remembered by his Grandchildren Victoria, Hannah (Jordan), Austin, Kaitlyn and Aidan. Roger is survived by his Mother Naomi Juby and Brothers Larry Jones and Raymond Jones (Betty, Ben and Katie). Predeceased by his Father George Jones, Brother Allan Jones (Marguerite and Janice) and Sister Patricia Hogan (Brenda, Sheryl, Tim and Jason).
The family will notify a date, to be determined in the spring, where Friends and Family will be invited to Celebrate this wonderful man that we all loved so dearly.
