After a strong fight with cancer, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rick Watkins on Friday, March 5th, 2021 at Kingston General Hospital. Rick Watkins, of Belleville was in his 58th year. Loving son of Violet Watkins, and the late Eric Watkins. Rick will be forever loved by his wife Elizabeth Schwager, as well as children Max Stewart, Libby Watkins and Eric Watkins. Cremation arrangements have been made with Quinte Cremation & Burial Services, 68 N. Front St. Belleville (613-962-7900). A Celebration of Rick's Life will be held once COVID Restrictions ease.
