Roy-Webb, Marlene Betty - Passed away at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday January 1st, 2021. Marlene Roy-Webb of Belleville, in her 83rd year. Daughter of the late Fred and Ruby Roy. Predeceased by her former husband George Webb. Dear mother of Sherry Thomas (Pete) , and Russell Parnell (Mary-Anne) . Dear sister of Isabel Burns. Predeceased by her brother Allan Roy, and sister Mary Smith. Loved by her grandchildren Jasmine Parnell, and Jacob Parnell. In keeping with Marlene's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at later date. Donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
