NEWTON, Linda Rose
April 4, 1953 - November 25, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Linda announce her passing on Friday, November 25, 2022 at the age of 69. Beloved daughter of the late Marian and Howard Newton. Linda will be fondly remembered by her siblings Dennis (Janet), Robert, Marlene (Mark), Marie, Doug (Brenda) and the late Audrey (Jim). Aunt Lovely Linda will be dearly missed and remembered by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces & nephews for many things. She will be remembered by her dear friend Lucka.
Everything about Linda was larger then life. Her eyes, her laugh, her stories and adventures but biggest of all were her smile and her heart. She could be counted on for outlandish tales, impromptu trips at the drop of a dime, and making you feel like your birthday was the most important day of the year. She loved the farm and frequently came home from Toronto and her job at Air Canada, to relax on the verandah with her mum and beloved Sheba. This is where she captivated her audience and much laughter and good times, were had by all. Linda had a thousand watt smile that lit up every room she was in, and this is how we will remember her.
A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held at a later date. Memorial Donations may be made in Linda's name at your local animal shelter or OSPCA.
