Passed away peacefully at home on February 3, 2022, surrounded by family, after a hard fought battle with cancer. George was the beloved husband and best friend for 41 years of Barbara (nee Rae). He is survived by his sister Mila Vohlidal (Jiri), Prague, Czech Republic, brothers-in-law John Rae (Sandy), Ross Rae(Betty), Bruce Rae(Silvia) and sister-in-law Sheila Jonassen (Erl Kish). He will be greatly missed by his nephews and nieces. George will never be forgotten by best friends Ivo and Vera Mokros.
Keeping with George's wishes cremation has taken place.
