Obituary for Dennis Lawrence Rosatte
Dennis Lawrence Rosatte 1924-2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of "Denny" suddenly at the Belleville General Hospital on February 16th, 2023. Denny was in his 99th year.
Dennis was born in Belleville to the Late Florence (Rosatte) Calver and Pasquale (Patsy) Rosatte. He is predeacesed by his Sister Bernice (Perry) Christopher, Brother-In-Laws William Perry, George Chrisopher and Sister-In-Law Marjorie Rosatte.
Dennis was an avid duck hunter and renowned decoy duck carver. Dennis retired from Nortel in 1980.
Dennis will be missed but never forgotten by his Brother Richard (Dick) Rosatte, his Daughter Suzanne Browning (Michael), his Son Jay Belanger (Sarah), Grandson Jaden Belanger, Granddaughter Ava Belanger and his many Nieces and Nephews.
A special Thank you from his family goes out to Dr. Bolton and his Emergency team for their Dedication and Compassion. Also, Thank you to the Nurses and Staff at the Richmond Retirement Home for all the care they gave Dennis in his final years.
Following Dennis' wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
Donations in his Memory can be made to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation, The United Way of Belleville, The Cancer Society or a Charity of your choosing would be held close by his family.
