We will miss Sonny's smile, her warm greeting, her unwavering faith, her commitment to making this world a better place for everyone, and her undying spirit. She was an inspiration and a model of how to live life to the very last drop. Gary enjoys remembering a brief friendship with her son Peter many years ago. She was an important part of our church family, and I will never forget her enraptured smile as she participated in our services.

My heart was broken when I received the news of Sonny's passing. She was such a vibrant and uplifting person, and that SMILE, what can I say. Sonny was an integral part of our Hospital Auxiliary in Bancroft. She participated in everything that she was able to attend and coming across Stoney Lake in a boat to do so. My love and prayers to Allie, and Peter. Rose Goodwin

There is so much one could say about Sonny but think her name says it all. She was just her own spirit and was a pleasure to encounter at any point. Her spirit and smile just captivated us. She would tell us of her many family adventures with George. She will be missed all round.....Marcella & Henry
