Sim, Jan Ruth (Coultis) RN – Born October 1st, 1950. Entered into rest October 20th, 2017, peacefully at home with family by her side. Daughter of the late Jim and Ruth Coultis of Turner Valley, Alberta. Predeceased by her sister Julie Ann. Jan will be deeply missed by her brother John, (Arlea, Tyler, Derrick, Rachael and Lauren) and by her many friends. At Jan’s request there will be a “Jan’s Last Happy Hour” at The Beaufort Pub, 173 Dundas Street East, Belleville on Saturday November 18th, 2017 from 2-4p.m. If desired, a donation in Jan’s name may be made to McMaster University Hematology Department.
