Preston, Shirley Emma (nee Bird) – Passed away under her own terms, peacefully at Belleville General Hospital, on Thursday June 29th, 2017. Shirley Preston, of Roslin. In her 82nd year. Daughter of the late John and Mary (Griffin) Bird. Beloved wife of James Robert (Bob) Preston. Dear mother of Steven Preston, Monty Preston and the late Robert (Jon) Preston. Dear sister of Norma Barber, and the late Reginald Bird. Survived by her grandchildren Jennifer Preston, and Matthew Preston. Mother-in-law of Suzanne Preston, and the late Mary Preston. Shirley was a dedicated member of the A.C.W. and St Paul’s Anglican Church in Roslin. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at St Paul's Anglican Church in Roslin on Sunday July 16th, 2017 at 2:00p.m.. Donations to Canadian Diabetes Association, or to the charity of choice would be appreciated.
